Office Administrative Assistant

Superior Builders Inc. is a local general contractor that specializes in exterior remodeling projects. Position Summary:

By joining our team at Superior Builders Inc, you would play a very important role of providing excellent customer service for all walk-in clients, vendors and sub contractors. This person will be tasked with answering phones and directing calls to the correct team member. This person will need to be detail oriented with a focus on documenting interactions with customers though our customer management system. Other important duties would include updating spreadsheets for weekly meetings, pulling permits, and following up on closed jobs with a focus on getting reviews. This person should be well versed on social media. This person will oversee our social media accounts. We strive for our team members success and love to promote from within.

Primary Duties:

  • Answering phone calls and getting information to the proper person for a fast response time
  • Greeting walk in clients and others coming in for meetings
  • Pulling city building permits
  • Responding to social media accounts on a regular basis
  • Manage inbound company email and transfer leads to system

You will be provided a company vehicle each day to perform your daily duties. You will be in direct contact with customers so a strong sense of customer care and service is a must. Day-To-Day:

  • Deliver and pick up dump trailers from projects and unload at landfills
  • Inspect project sites for cleanliness and ensure nails are picked up with a magnet
  • Upload required photos to our company CRM system
  • Deliver materials to projects and return leftover materials to the supplier
  • Communicate with our Production managers effectively and efficiently address their tasks/needs
  • Assist in setting up and taking down collateral damage protections on projects

$20-$25/HR starting pay range

Roofing Sales

Superior Builders Inc. is a full service exterior remodeling general contractor. With offices in Ramsey and St. Cloud MN. We have in house trades crews (Siding, Gutters, On Staff Handyman) to keep our builds closing out. We have improved how business gets done in the exterior remodeling and restoration industry. A company focused our client’s needs while performing Superior quality craftsmanship with strong work ethics, while operating with honesty and integrity.

We are looking to expand our sales force with professionals that are eager to learn about the roofing/restoration industry. Candidates must have a willingness to work outside and talk with homeowners about the exterior of their home, provide a service while developing a positive relationship and creating a detailed process for our customers.

This individual should also be a go-getter, self-motivated, techno dexterous and willing to put in the time needed to develop and manage a book of business. We provide training and it is a 100% paid.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Travel to different neighborhoods going door-to-door within designed territories, perform storm damage inspections on residential properties and assisting with insurance claims
  • Meets weekly and monthly sales goals set by the Sales Manager.
  • Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on storm damage reports, personal referral networks, commercial directories and leads assigned from Sales Manager.
  • Sets appointments, performs inspections, and educates customer on the insurance process.
  • Uploads client information into CRM system and gains approval from the Sales Manager.
  • Communicates approved job to the production team and contacts client to determine next steps and collects payment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and one to three years sales experience, construction industry experience preferred, but not required.
  • Capable of spending a significant amount of time each day walking door-to-door throughout various seasons
  • Ability to set up and climb ladder; safely navigating roofs during inspections
  • Ability to overcome objections and drive the sales process
  • Certificates, licenses and registrations required: Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
  • Computer skills required: CRM Systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Calendar)
  • Other skills required:

o Must have a dependable vehicle as this position requires driving.

o Must have a cellular phone with a camera and data package.
